Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the IsraMizug website (the “site”) or contact us, what it is used for, and what your rights are.

Who is responsible for the information

The site is operated by IsraMizug, an air conditioning services business. For any privacy question, contact us using the details at the end of this document.

What information we collect

Information you give us

In the service request form: name, phone, email (optional), area and town, address (optional), the service type and fault details, preferred days and time window, and any photos or videos you attach.
In the contact form: name, phone, email (optional), subject and message.
In the review form: name, town, rating, review text and contact details for verification (optional).
When you call, message us on WhatsApp or email: whatever information you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

While browsing, basic technical information is collected, such as browser and device type, IP address and pages viewed, in order to operate, secure and improve the site. Accessibility preferences you choose are stored in your browser only. See the cookie policy for details.

How we use the information

Handling your enquiry or service request, including getting back to you and scheduling a visit
Responding to urgent enquiries as part of our emergency service
Preparing a quote and providing the service
Sending maintenance reminders, only if you asked for them
Publishing reviews on the site, only with your consent and showing first name and town only
Operating and securing the site, and improving the service
Meeting legal requirements, including accounting obligations

Do you have to provide the information?

You are under no legal obligation to give us information. However, without basic details such as a name and phone number we cannot get back to you or handle the enquiry. Optional fields are marked in the forms.

We do not sell or rent personal information. It may be shared only in these cases:

Partner technicians: where the service is provided outside our direct service areas, we pass on only the details needed to carry out the work.
Service providers: providers that help us operate, such as website hosting, email, the calendar used for scheduling, messaging and accounting software. They only get access to the information needed for the service they provide.
Legal requirement: where required by law or by order of a competent authority.

Transfers outside Israel

Some of our service providers, such as cloud and email services, may store information on servers outside Israel. In those cases we work with providers that maintain an adequate level of protection.

Retention and security

We take reasonable, accepted measures to protect information against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Information is kept for as long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected for, or as required by law. That said, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your rights

Access: ask to review the information we hold about you.
Correction and deletion: ask to correct information that is wrong, incomplete or out of date, or to delete it.
Opting out of reminders and marketing: ask at any time to stop receiving reminders or messages from us.

The site is not intended for anyone under the age of 18 to submit personal details without the consent of a parent or guardian.
