We are available 24/7, every day of the week, including emergency call-outs. Call, message us on WhatsApp or fill in the service request form at any hour.
Yes. For urgent cases, such as an AC that stops working during a heat wave or a water leak that could cause damage, we are available 24/7. Calling is the fastest way to reach us.
Our technician works directly in Jerusalem and the surrounding area, in Raanana and in Beit Shemesh. Everywhere else in Israel we work through partner technicians who follow the same standards.
Call us, send a WhatsApp message or fill in the service request form. In the form you pick your preferred days and time window, and we get back to you to confirm the exact appointment.
In the service request form you pick the days and the time window that suit you: morning, midday, afternoon or evening. Once we receive the request we get back to you to confirm an exact time, based on availability in your area.
Yes, and we recommend it. You can attach photos and videos to the service request form or send them on WhatsApp. A picture of the unit, of the model sticker and of the fault helps us diagnose in advance and arrive with the right parts.
We repair and maintain all the leading brands, including Electra, Tornado, Tadiran, Samsung, LG, Mitsubishi and Daikin, as well as others.
The price depends on the system, on the fault or installation and on the work actually required, so a general price list would be misleading. Contact us with the details and photos, and we will explain what is likely needed.
Make sure the unit is in cooling mode and set below room temperature, replace the remote batteries, clean the filters and check that the outdoor unit is not blocked. If it still does not cool, book an inspection. You can also use our quick diagnosis tool.
Usually a blocked or disconnected drain pipe, a full drain tray or dirty filters. Switch the unit off to avoid damage to the wall and the electrics, and book an inspection. Do not keep running a unit that drips indoors.
Only if it is genuinely low on refrigerant, and then the leak has to be found and repaired first. A healthy system does not consume refrigerant, so topping it up without fixing the leak is a temporary fix that keeps coming back.
It depends on the age of the unit, the fault, how often it breaks down and which refrigerant it uses. Very old units running on R22, which is no longer produced, or a unit with a failed compressor are usually candidates for replacement. The technician will explain what makes sense in your case.
A standard wall-mounted split usually takes a few hours. Ducted and multi-split systems need more planning and work. The exact time can only be judged after seeing the site: unit positions, pipe runs and the power point.
Yes. Installation is a separate service. It is worth checking the capacity with us before you buy, so you do not end up with a unit that is too weak or too strong for the room.
Decide where the indoor and outdoor units should go, make sure there is a suitable power point, and check whether the building committee needs to approve the condenser position. If you are unsure, the technician will advise on the best placement.
During the season, clean the filters every two to four weeks. A professional service is recommended once or twice a year, ideally before summer starts.
Cleaning the filters, the coil and the blower wheel in the indoor unit, clearing the drain tray and pipe, sanitising against mould and odours, and a general check of the system and the outdoor unit.
Dirty filters and coils restrict airflow and force the unit to run harder and longer to reach the set temperature. Cleaning restores the airflow, so the unit cools faster and runs less.
Basic includes one maintenance visit a year and suits a flat with one or two units. Premium includes two visits, before summer and before winter, with thorough cleaning and sanitising. Complete is built for large homes and businesses with ducted and multi-split systems.
As a rule of thumb a room of about 20 m² needs roughly 1.5 HP, but sun exposure, a top floor and large windows all push that up. Get an initial estimate with our capacity calculator; the final decision is made after an inspection.
A wall-mounted split cools a single room. A ducted (mini-central) system sits in the ceiling or a bulkhead and distributes air through ducts to several rooms, so it is quieter and hidden, but it needs more planning and a more complex installation.
An inverter unit varies the compressor speed as needed instead of switching it on and off. The result is a steadier temperature, less noise and usually lower electricity consumption.
