Welcome to the IsraMizug website. Using the site is subject to the terms below. Browsing the site or using its forms and tools means you accept them.

About the site

The site presents information about the air conditioning services of IsraMizug, and lets you contact us, open a service request, use the diagnosis tool and capacity calculator, and leave a review.

Information and tools on the site

  • The information on the site, including the articles, the fault guide and the FAQ, is general information only and does not replace an inspection by a certified technician.
  • The quick diagnosis tool and the capacity calculator give an initial estimate only, based on the details entered. The final recommendation is given after an inspection.
  • Do not carry out work yourself on electrical connections, refrigerant pipework or inside the units. That work is dangerous and is for a certified technician only.

Service requests and scheduling

  • Submitting a service request on the site is a request only; it is not a confirmed appointment.
  • The days and time window chosen in the form are a preference. The exact time is agreed with you, subject to availability in your area.
  • We are available for enquiries 24/7. Actual arrival time, including for emergency calls, depends on demand, on the area and on technician availability at the time.
  • No payment or purchase takes place on the site. Prices and quotes are given personally, based on the service and the work required.
  • Outside our direct service areas the service may be provided by a partner technician, and we will tell you so when scheduling.

Reviews and content you submit

  • You are responsible for the content you submit, including reviews, photos and videos, and confirm that you have the right to submit it.
  • Reviews are published after moderation. We may decline to publish, shorten or remove content that is offensive, irrelevant, misleading or infringes the rights of others.
  • By submitting a review you allow us to publish it on the site with your first name and town.

Intellectual property

The design, texts, logo, graphics and code of the site belong to IsraMizug or to their respective rights holders. Do not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without written permission. Brand names mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe the service.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the information on the site accurate and current, but it is provided as is and may contain errors or inaccuracies. We will not be liable for damage resulting from reliance on general information on the site or on the output of its tools, or from a technical failure of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The site links to external services such as WhatsApp. Using them is subject to those services’ own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

Changes

We may update the site and these terms from time to time. The binding version is the one published on the site.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
